Terms of Service

We do not offer any refunds. We will replace the disc if there is any problems with playback within 30 days of purchase. The disc must be returned in order to receive a replacement. An emailed video of the disc not playing will be accepted as well. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages by the USPS. If you item is lost by the post office we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. We do offer shipping with insurance. Please contact us prior to ordering for those rates.
