If you ever have a problem either return the disc only or email us a short video of it not playing and we will gladly sent you a replacement disc free of charge. Buyer is responsible for any and all return shipping cost. We DO NOT offer any cash refunds. Prior to ordering please ensure that your Blu-ray player can play BD-R type discs. We DO NOT guarantee that our discs will play on any gaming system (Xbox, PlayStation, Etc.), desktop, or laptop PC. All our movies have 1080 HD picture and Dolby Digital sound quality.
